Avalanche beet, Mokum carrot + Bright Lights rainbow chard stem pickle
Description: Our white beetroot pickled with carrots and rainbow chard stems, which give this pickle its soft pink colour. Flavoured with Angelica flower, also known as wild celery. Pairs well with hard cheeses.
Ingredients: Avalanche beetroot, Mokum carrot, Bright Lights rainbow chard, apple cider vinegar, white vinegar, sugar, salt, Angelica flowers, caraway seeds
Caraflex cabbage + Orazio fennel pickle
Description: Crunchy cabbage and fragrant fennel, flavoured simply with black peppercorns. Excellent with cured meat on a charcuterie board.
Ingredients: Caraflex cabbage, Orazio fennel, apple cider vinegar, white vinegar, sugar, salt, black peppercorns.
Meuse cucumber + Chinese Pink celery pickle
Description: Classic sliced cucumber pickles with celery to add a savoury note. Great on a sandwich.
Ingredients: Max Pack, Itachi, Poona Kheera + Diva cucumbers, Chinese pink celery, apple cider vinegar, white vinegar, sugar, salt, mustard seed
Goddess banana pepper + Cuban oregano pickle
Description: thinly sliced long, sweet and crunchy pale yellow peppers with no spice. Flavoured with Cuban oregano, a Central American succulent plant with a strong oregano scent. Fantastic served with corn tortilla chips alongside a bowl of sour cream.

Green heirloom tomato + shishito pepper pickle
Description: Made from end of season tomatoes when the plants are no longer able to ripen the fruit, these pickles are a perfect use for a crop that is often wasted on commercial farms. They are crunchy, sour and salty, with only a little sweetness. Paired with mildly spicy shishito peppers, they go well with fatty meats and hard cheese, or simply straight from the jar.

KN Bravo daikon + Mokum carrot pickle
Description: One of our most striking crops, the KN Bravo daikon root is naturally a deep purple that turns pink when exposed to acid, as in this pickle. Flavoured with angelica flower, also known as wild celery for herbaceous, woody notes. Don’t mind the slightly sulphurous smell as you open the lid, this is a notorious property of daikon! Excellent with fresh sourdough bread and liberal amounts of good quality butter.

Mini Mac Daikon + farm petal pickle
Description: Thinly sliced and pickled pure white daikon combined with bright farm petals from seasonal edible flowers. Flavoured with angelica, also known as wild celery, which adds herbaceous and woody notes. Don’t mind the slightly sulphurous smell as you open the lid, this is a notorious property of daikon! Excellent served as banchan (Korean side dish) alongside steamed rice.

Pickled Aji Limon and Aji Amarillo chillies
Description: Between 30000 and 50000 on the Scoville scale, these salty and sour pickles are medium to hot in spice level. Chop them up and add to salsas, pita falafels, or pop whole into a martini for a variation on the classic green olive.

Omero red cabbage and caraway seed pickle
Description: A brightly coloured pickle to add a splash to any meal, flavoured with green caraway seeds grown on the farm. Excellent alongside crispy fried meats or a sharp cheddar.

Radish, Hakurai turnip + red shiso pickle
Description: thinly sliced and lightly pickled radishes, perfect with crusty bread and good quality butter.
