Keep frozen. Consume within 2 months of purchase.
Cooking instructions: Bake at 180C for 40 mins from frozen or 200C for 25 mins if defrosted, finishing under the grill for an extra crispy top. Rest for 10 mins before serving.
Veldt Reared chicken + farm greens lasagne
Description: Roasted and pulled pastured reared, ethically treated chicken, paired with farm greens and Cream of the Crop dairy. Made with our vibrantly green, hand rolled egg pasta sheets, made with stinging nettle or kale, depending on the season.
Ingredients: Whole Veldt Reared chicken, Cream of the Crop milk and butter, Belnori Balmoral cheese, Dalewood Brie Superlatif cheese, lasagne sheets (OO flour, Veldt Reared eggs, stinging nettle/ Black Magic kale, salt), King Richard leek, Bright Lights rainbow chard, Avalanche beet leaves, olive oil, salt, pepper, nutmeg.
Ratatouille + lentil veggie lasagne
Description: Classic vegetarian lasagne made with our heirloom ratatouille, brown lentils and Cream of the Crop dairy. Made with our vibrantly green, hand rolled egg pasta sheets, flavoured with stinging nettle or kale, depending on the season.

Pesto, farm greens + white bean lasagne
Description: Creamy vegetarian lasagne made with our carrot, beet and fennel top pesto, leeks, braised white beans and Cream of the Crop dairy. Made with our vibrantly green, hand rolled egg pasta sheets, flavoured with stinging nettle or kale, depending on the season.
