Description: A probiotic-rich, lacto-fermented kraut packed with farm veggies and gently flavoured with cumin seeds. This product contains live cultures. A slightly bulging lid, a gentle popping sound and a slight fizz when opening are all normal and desirable!

Ingredients: Alcosa Savoy cabbage, Mokum carrot, Orazio fennel, salt, cumin seed

Hakurai turnip + pak choi kimchi

Description: Traditional Korean lacto-ferment with mild and sweet heirloom Japanese turnips and crunchy pak choi. This product contains live cultures. A slightly bulging lid, a gentle popping sound and a slight fizz when opening are all normal and desirable!

Ingredients: Hakurai turnip, Li Ren/ Mei Qing Choi pak choi, Nabechan spring onion/ King Richard leek greens, ginger, garlic, gochugaru, rice flour, salt, sugar

KN Bravo daikon kimchi

Description: Traditional Korean lacto-ferment featuring thinly sliced purple KN Bravo daikon. This product contains live cultures. A slightly bulging lid, a gentle popping sound and a slight fizz when opening are all normal and desirable!

Ingredients: KN Bravo daikon, Mokum carrot, Nabechan spring onion/ King Richard leek greens, ginger, garlic, gochugaru powder, rice flour, salt, sugar

Summerfest komatsuna + yacon kimchi

Description: Our favourite kimchi, only available in spring. Sweet and crunchy yacon is a South American root veg that pairs well with komatsuna, a pleasantly bitter Japanese green mustard leaf. This product contains live cultures. A slightly bulging lid, a gentle popping sound and a slight fizz when opening are all normal and desirable!

Merlot Napa cabbage kimchi

Description: A lacto-ferment made with a wine-purple variety of the cabbage most commonly used in kimchi. This product contains live cultures. A slightly bulging lid, a gentle popping sound and a slight fizz when opening are all normal and desirable!

Mini Mac daikon + Black magic kale kimchi

Description: Traditional Korean lacto-ferment featuring thinly sliced Mini Mac daikon and Cavolo Nero style kale. This product contains live cultures. A slightly bulging lid, a gentle popping sound and a slight fizz when opening are all normal and desirable!

Refunds

We offer a full refund up to 7 days before the event, and a 50% refund for cancellations made 3–6 days prior. No refunds are available within 72 hours of the event or for no-shows. Tickets are transferable at any time — simply share the new guest’s name with us.
