Ingredients: Magda squash, Whitaker cauliflower, tamarind paste, masala spice, onion, garlic, ginger,star anise coconut milk, curry spices,coconut oil.

How to use: Heat gently and serve with rice, roti, or flatbread.
Heirloom aubergine, tomato + chickpea masala (mild)
A rich, slow-cooked masala of heirloom aubergine and tomatoes with tender chickpeas and fragrant Indian spices.
Ingredients: Aubergine, tomato, chickpeas, onion, garlic, ginger, spices, oil, salt.

Refunds
We offer a full refund up to 7 days before the event, and a 50% refund for cancellations made 3–6 days prior. No refunds are available within 72 hours of the event or for no-shows. Tickets are transferable at any time — simply share the new guest’s name with us.

We have a light, curated drinks list which includes wines, beers, and farm-made non-alcoholic drinks available for sale.
