Meuse Lasagnes

Handmade from start to finish. Our vibrant green lasagne sheets are made with either Tuscan kale or nettle, depending on the season, truly free range eggs, and dairy from our favourite micro dairy, Cream of the Crop. 

Bake from frozen at 180C for 40 minutes, or defrosted at 200C for 25 minutes.

800g serves 2 large servings, or 4 small servings

 Reared Chicken Lasagne: Ingredients: Roast Veldt Reared chicken (truly free range hens), Cream of the Crop milk and butter, Belnori Balmoral cheese, Dalewood brie, free range eggs, Nabechan spring onions/ King Richard leeks, Bright Lights rainbow chard, Nettle or Tuscan kale, OO wheat flour, garlic, salt, pepper, nutmeg, extra virgin olive oil. 

Veggie Lasagne with Pesto and Greens: Ingredients: Cream of the Crop milk and butter, Belnori Balmoral cheese, Dalewood brie, free range eggs, Nabechan spring onions/ King Richard leeks, Bright Lights rainbow chard, Stinging nettle/ Tuscan kale, Magda squash, Superbo basil, almonds, extra virgin olive oil, OO wheat flour, garlic, salt, pepper, nutmeg

Veggie Lasagne with Ratatouille: Ingredients: Cream of the Crop milk and butter, Belnori Balmoral cheese, Dalewood brie, free range eggs, Heirloom tomatoes, peppers and aubergine, onions, garlic, marjoram, Stinging nettle/ Tuscan kale, extra virgin olive oil, OO wheat flour, salt, pepper, nutmeg
