Tomatillo + Poblano salsa

Description: Mild salsa made with charred tomatillos and poblano peppers. Tomaillos are green, tangy and tart relatives of tomatoes, traditionally used in salsas and other Mexican dishes. Poblano peppers are mildy spicy chillis often stuffed or dried and used in meixcan sauces. 

Ingredients: Pancho and Purple Bush tomatillos, poblano baron peppers, onion, lime juice, apple cider vinegar, garlic, Santo coriander seed, salt, sugar

Zlatava Tomato salsa

Description: Mild and smoky Mexican style salsa, made with one of our favourite tomato varieties. 

Ingredients: Zlatava tomatoes, red onion, lime juice, apple cider vinegar, garlic, salt, dried chilli, coriander seed, sugar

Refunds

We offer a full refund up to 7 days before the event, and a 50% refund for cancellations made 3–6 days prior. No refunds are available within 72 hours of the event or for no-shows. Tickets are transferable at any time — simply share the new guest’s name with us.

Drink Options & Gratuity

We have a light, curated drinks list which includes wines, beers, and farm-made non-alcoholic drinks available for sale.
