Smoked Chimayo hot sauce (mild)

A gently spiced, smoky hot sauce made with Chimayo chillies for rich, earthy depth and subtle warmth.

Ingredients: Smoked Chimayo chillies, dried coriander seeds, apple cider vinegar, garlic, onion, salt, brown sugar.

Allergens: None.

Refrigeration: Keep refrigerated after opening and use within 6 weeks.

How to use: Drizzle over grilled meats, roasted vegetables, or scrambled eggs for a smoky kick.


Fermented aji limon hot sauce (hot)

Bright and fiery with citrusy Aji Limón chillies, naturally fermented for vibrant heat and tang.

Ingredients: Aji Limón chillies, vinegar, garlic, salt, water.

Allergens: None.

Refrigeration: Store in the fridge once opened. Shake before use.

How to use: Ideal for seafood, ceviche, tacos, or adding zest to marinades and dressings.


Scotch bonnet hot sauce (medium)

A bold, fruity sauce with Scotch Bonnet chillies for a balanced burst of heat and tropical flavour.

Ingredients: Scotch Bonnet chillies, lime, Apple Cider vinegar, White Spirit Vinegar, Mokum Carrot garlic, salt, sugar.

Allergens: None.

Refrigeration: Refrigerate after opening.

How to use: Splash onto grilled chicken, burgers, or roasted veggies for lively Caribbean heat.

Aji amarillo hot honey (medium)

Golden farm honey infused with Aji Amarillo chillies for a warm, floral sweetness and gentle spice.

Ingredients: Raw Hout Bay honey, Aji Amarillo chillies,  lemon juice + zest, garlic, vinegar, salt.

Allergens: None.

Refrigeration: Store in a cool, dry place. Crystallisation is natural; warm gently if needed.

How to use: Perfect drizzled over cheese, pizza, roast vegetables, or fried chicken.


Fermented sorghum molasses black bean chilli oil (mild)

A savoury, umami-rich chilli oil with fermented black beans and sorghum molasses for smoky-sweet depth.
Ingredients: Sunflower oil, fermented black beans, sorghum molasses, garlic, chilli flakes, soy sauce, sesame seeds.
Allergens: Contains soy and sesame.
Refrigeration: Keep refrigerated after opening. Stir before use.
How to use: Spoon over noodles, dumplings, grilled meats, or roasted vegetables for instant flavour.

Refunds

We offer a full refund up to 7 days before the event, and a 50% refund for cancellations made 3–6 days prior. No refunds are available within 72 hours of the event or for no-shows. Tickets are transferable at any time — simply share the new guest’s name with us.
