Hakurai turnip + pak choi kimchi

Description: Traditional Korean lacto-ferment with mild and sweet heirloom Japanese turnips and crunchy pak choi. This product contains live cultures. A slightly bulging lid, a gentle popping sound and a slight fizz when opening are all normal and desirable!

Description: Our favourite kimchi, only available in spring. Sweet and crunchy yacon is a South American root veg that pairs well with komatsuna, a pleasantly bitter Japanese green mustard leaf.
