At this personalised wine pairing dinner, you can enjoy an exclusive, unique experience. Indulge in local South African wines with expert input, get curious, explore their craft, and find out more about the story beyond the bottle from Ataraxia's winemaker. 

Chef Caitlin has curated a once-off menu, designed to both honour the season and local suppliers, as well as perfectly pair with the selected wines for this event.

This month, you will experience a range of wines from Ataraxia Wines.  

Situated in the uppermost part of the Hemel-en-Aarde Valley, Ataraxia is a cool-climate estate shaped by ancient soils, ocean influence, and quiet precision. Winemaker and owner Kevin Grant has led Ataraxia since its inception in 2004, crafting wines that favor restraint, texture, and longevity over excess. The philosophy is simple: allow nature to speak first, with minimal intervention and absolute respect for place. These are wines of calm confidence, made to be discovered slowly and shared around the table.

Ataraxia Wines focuses on the beautiful terroir and the surrounding nature of their farm to craft each of their wines with care. We know these thoughtful wines will pair perfectly with the seasonal harvest coming from Meuse's farm.

The menu is not vegetarian; however, vegetarian, pescatarian, and vegan options can be made available if arranged ahead of time.

Additional drinks and gratuity are not included in the ticket price. 

We offer a full refund up to 7 days before the event, and a 50% refund for cancellations made 3–6 days prior. No refunds are available within 72 hours of the event or for no-shows. Tickets are transferable at any time — simply share the new guest’s name with us.
