With 20 guests per seating you can enjoy an exclusive, personalised experience. Indulge in local wines with expert input, get curious, explore their craft, and find out more about the story beyond the bottle. 

This month you will experience a range of wines from Mooiplaas Wine Estate. 

Chef Caitlin has curated a once-off menu, designed to both honour the season and local suppliers, as well as perfectly pair with the selected wines for this event.

Mooiplaas is a historic and traditional working wine estate, with an established Private Nature Reserve, dedicating 70 hectares to the conservation of endangered Fynbos species.

Owners, Tielman and Louis, produce a range of environmentally friendly wines rooted in tradition and artisan techniques. Their wines are consciously crafted from start to finish. Using an environmentally friendly and biodiversity approach they produce their own premium quality grapes each year. To produce the Mooiplaas wines, they use a range of classic and traditional winemaking processes such as wild yeast, natural fermentation, light filtration and maturation in small oak barrels.

In alignment with our own farming and food philosophy, Mooiplaas believe that wine should be authentic, well balanced and show its vibrance and fullness of flavour. It must add joy to life!

The menu is not vegetarian, however, vegetarian, pescatarian, and vegan options can be made available if arranged ahead of time.
