Welcome to Meuse, a peaceful working farm in Hout Bay. We supply Cape Town's favourite fine dining restaurants with seasonal, specialty vegetables.

We offer our Hearth and Harvest Experiences for lunch (flexible arrival between 12:30-3:30pm) and early supper (flexible arrival between 5:00 PM - 7:30PM) on Wednesdays and Thursdays at our dining room overlooking the valley, with a focus on sharing the stories of the land, its produce, and people.

At our Farm Table Experience, our chefs prepare seasonal menus featuring the 150 + varieties of vegetables grown here on our 3-acre organic farm, cooked in our open kitchen and/or outdoor fire pit. You can expect a welcome drink followed by a generous spread served as a harvest feast of 11 plates over 3 courses.

During your relaxed meal, our Farmers and Chefs will share the stories behind our farm and food over 1.5 hours. Feel at ease in our hearth room with couches, a fireplace, and cozy chairs before and after the meal, in the midst of your busy day. This exclusive Meuse Farm experience is capped at a 16-pax max, in order to create a calm atmosphere with opportunity for interactions.

We have a light, curated drinks list which includes wines and beers available for sale.

The menu is not vegetarian; however, vegetarian, pescatarian, and vegan options can be made available if arranged ahead of time. (Vegetarian & pescatarian can be accommodated with 24-hour notice, Vegan: 1 week in advance)

Alcoholic drinks and gratuity are not included in the ticket price. Booking includes a welcome drink, coffee, tea, water, and other non alcoholic beverages.
