Join us for an evening of food inspired by global travels and local inspirations.
Chef Arno Janse van Rensburg will be curating a once-off experience for you at our enchanting event venue. Having opened 2018's Best New Restaurant in South Africa (Janse and Co), long listed at the World Restaurant Awards that year, Arno has spent the past 5 years cooking and leading restaurants in Costa Rica, Bhutan, and New York. His travels have taken him to Mexico, Peru, Alaska, and Tanzania. This meal brings the flavours and inspiration these places to the vegetables of our farm.
The menu will include a welcome drink and 5 courses. Some sharing plates and some individual plates, all with a good balance of well-sourced fish and meat, and farm fresh veg.
