Open Day Cooking Demo with Fyn | 31 January | 12:30-1:45pm

The Fyn kitchen team will lead a focused cooking demo exploring how they work with seasonal produce in a modern, ingredient-driven context. The demo will be led by junior sous chefs, Meghan and Darren, offering a closer look at the day-to-day thought and technique behind dishes served at Fyn.

The team will demonstrate a dish built around Meuse-grown tomato, wild garlic, prénia, and red shiso, sharing how these ingredients are layered, balanced, and refined in their kitchen.
