Open Day cooking demo with Tani Kirsten | 29 Nov | 10:15- 11:30

Join us for a hands on workshop making savory and sweet festive dishes.  Working in small groups, Tani will guide you through making a festive pastry star with pesto and apple pastry roses.  She will share some tips about using puff pastry and quick ideas with what to do with off cuts along the way.  Tani says "come bake with me and I'll share my tips and tricks to make some puff pastry showstoppers."

Tani Kirsten has been cooking, baking, and testing recipes for magazines, recipe books and customers for almost 20 years.  She has a passion for baking pretty things and belives that food can look just as good as it tastes- and must always taste as good as it looks!
