Meal choices

For our spring Open Day Chef Caitlin is offering a range of incredible, homemade meals. Each dish is made fresh, so please allow time for preparation when you come to collect your order. 

Lunch will be available for collection between 11:30am and 2pm. Find us at the food sales booth when you're ready for your meals to be prepared. 

PLEASE REMEMBER TO ADD DIETARY REQUIREMENTS TO YOUR BOOKING NOTES. ALLERGENS ARE LISTED FOR EACH DISH BELOW.

 

Lunch choices include

  • Spring cover crop salad (vegetarian/vegan) (250g)
    With Avalanche beets, Orazio fennel, Yacon, Puy lentils, Foxenberg chevre, garlic roasted walnuts, citrus vinaigrette
    Allergens: nuts/dairy. Can remove both

  • Farm nettle + Cream of the Crop Ricotta Ravioli (vegetarian) (250g)
    Our homemade nettle pasta dough with a creamy ricotta filling. Tossed in wild sage brown butter, topped with garlic roasted walnut pangrattato and grated Langbaken Karoo crumble
    Allergens: dairy, gluten, egg, nuts. Can remove nuts only.

    Pulled Veldt Reared roast chicken, Meuse carrot + beet top pesto, lemony baby potatoes, caramelised Orazio fennel + red onion
