Meal choices

For our early summer Open Day Chef Caitlin is offering a range of incredible, homemade meals. Each dish is made fresh, so please allow time for preparation when you come to collect your order. 

Lunch will be available for collection between 11:30am and 2pm. Find us at the food sales booth when you're ready for your meals to be prepared. 

PLEASE REMEMBER TO ADD DIETARY REQUIREMENTS TO YOUR BOOKING NOTES. ALLERGENS ARE LISTED FOR EACH DISH BELOW.

 

Lunch choices include

  • Charred three beet + stonefruit salad (vegetarian, halaal) (250g)
    Pearl couscous, Dalewood feta, Bright Lights rainbow chard, pickles, farm herbs, lemon tahini dressing
    Allergens: dairy, gluten, nuts (almonds).  Can be vegan or gluten free on request

    Cream of the Crop yoghurt, tahini, grilled farm greens, burnt chilli butter, lemon

    Zlatava tomato, Cream of the Crop yoghurt, farm herb tabbouleh, 4 mint & nasturtium caper salsa, pickles
