Explore Meuse Farm with Loubie and discover local wild foods. She will be bringing additional samples, and introducing your palates to flavours and aromas, easily incorporated into familiar cooking traditions.

 

Loubie, the owner at Making KOS and founding coordinator of the Local WILD Food Hub at the Sustainability Institute, has been exploring, growing and cooking with the Western Cape’s little-known indigenous foods for over fifteen years. She wrote Cape Wild Foods: A Growers Guide, and its sequel, A Cooks Guide for those who are intrigued by, and want to grow or cook with our wonderful local wild foods. Books will be on sale at Open Day.
