Kimchi + Belnori Balmoral Cheese Gyoza

A small-batch, hand-folded dumpling filled with our seasonal farm kimchi and creamy Belnori Balmoral cheese — a balance of tangy, spicy, and rich farmstead flavour.

Ingredients: Seasonal farm kimchi (Farm veg, gochujang, spring onion garlic, ginger, chilli, spring onion, salt), Belnori Balmoral cheese, flour, water, free-range egg, sunflower oil, salt.

Allergens: Contains milk, gluten, and egg.

Refrigeration: Keep frozen for up to 3 months.

Cook from frozen:

  • Pan-fry: Crisp in a hot pan with a splash of oil until golden, then steam briefly with a little water.
  • Steam: Steam for 6–8 minutes until heated through.
  • Serving suggestion: Serve with soy, sesame, and a drizzle of Meuse Fermented Sorghum Molasses Black Bean Chilli Oil for the perfect finish.
