Description: Our signature no waste pesto, designed to use the parts of veggies that are often thrown away, despite being full of flavour and goodness. Made with Belnori Balmoral, one of our favourite South African cheeses.
Ingredients: Mokum carrot tops, Avalanche beet tops, Orazio fennel tops, sunflower seeds, Belnori Balmoral cheese, olive oil, cold pressed sunflower oil, garlic, salt, black pepper

Description: Classic Italian pesto made with traditional Genovese basil, roasted almonds and Belnori Balmoral, one of our favourite South African cheeses.

Stinging Nettle + Nasturtium Pesto (vegan)
Description: Peppery nasturtium leaves pair perfectly with earthy nettle in this vegan wild greens pesto, made with winter greens that attempt to take over the farm in winter. These ‘weeds’ are full of antioxidants and other healthy substances, not to mention flavour.
Ingredients: Nasturtium leaves, stinging nettle, sunflower seeds, olive oil, cold pressed sunflower oil, nutritional yeast, garlic, salt, black pepper
