Cordials and Shrubs

Seasonal shrubs with farm fruit, herbs and botanicals.

Dilute with sparkling water to taste (about 1:5)

Ingredients: 

Pepino melon, huacatay and Ginny's limes/ Farm berries, Szechuan peppercorns and leaves, Korean mint/ Grapefruit, lemon and elderflower/ Rooibos, pelargonium, lemon/ Honeybush, lemon basil, nectarine/ Sencha, red shiso, Thai basil/ 

AND

white sugar, apple cider vinegar, lemon juice, citric acid

Keep refrigerated. Consume within 2 weeks of opening
