General

Seasonal farm flavours to make delicious drinks at home. Just add sparkling water to taste, and ice. Recommended mixing ratio is approximately 1:5 cordial to water. 

  • Allergens: None. All suitable for a vegan diet (Except Honeybush, Moroccan mint + honey iced tea cordial)
  • Dilute approximately 1:5 with sparkling water
  • Keep refrigerated. Consume within 7 days after opening.
  • 250ml

Farm berry, Szechuan pepper + Korean mint shrub

A shrub is made by infusing vinegar and sugar with fruit and botanicals. Please note this cordial has a vinegary undertone, reminiscent of kombucha. Dilute approximately 1:5 with sparkling water. 

Ingredients: Water, sugar, Boyson berries, Tay berries, Young berries, apple cider vinegar, Szechuan pepper, Korean mint, citric acid.

Grapefruit, elderflower + lemon cordial

A bright and citrussy cordial with bitter and floral notes. Dilute approximately 1:5 with sparkling water

Ingredients: Water, sugar, organic grapefruit, Ginny’s organic rough skin lemons, elderflower, citric acid

Honeybush, Moroccan mint + honey iced tea cordial

A mild & fresh cordial flavoured with Honeybush tea, raw local honey and the mint variety used in Morocco to make fresh mint tea. 

Ingredients: Water, honey, sugar, organic honeybush tea, lemon, Moroccan mint, citric acid

Pepino melon, cucumber + angelica cordial

Pepino melon is a South America fruit more closely related to a tomato than a melon. The flavour hover, has cantaloupe, cucumber and vanilla notes. Angelica, also known as wild celery, adds complexity with its bitter and woody notes. Dilute approximately 1:5 with sparkling water

Ingredients: Water, sugar, pepino melon, Meuse cucumbers, angelica, citric acid

Prickly pear, huacatay + lime cordial

Made from prickly pears growing wild on the farm, that have distinctive watermelon, bubblegum and berry flavour notes. Huacatay, also called Peruvian black mint, is a South American herb with a strong marigold and pineapple scent. Dilute approximately 1:5 with sparkling water

Ingredients: Water, sugar, prickly pear, Ginny’s Bearss limes, huacatay, citric acid

Victoria rhubarb, huckleberry, lemon verbena + thyme cordial

Classic English rhubarb paired with tart and bright huckleberries, fragrant lemon verbena + thyme to bring a balancing savoury note. Dilute approximately 1:5 with sparkling water

Ingredients: Water, sugar, Victoria rhubarb, huckleberries, lemon verbena, French thyme, citric acid

Rooibos, lemon + rose pelargonium iced tea cordial

Organic rooibos iced tea flavoured delicately with indigenous rose pelargonium and lemon. Dilute approximately 1:5 with sparkling water

Ingredients: Water, sugar, Ginny’s rough skin lemons, Organic rooibos tea, citric acid

Hibiscus, lemongrass, galangal cordial

Hibiscus brings colour and tartness to this fragrant, tropical inspired cordial. Dilute approximately 1:5 with sparkling water

Ingredients: Water, sugar, lemongrass, galangal, hibiscus petals, citric acid

Sencha, red shiso + Thai basil iced tea cordial

A fragrant and not-too-sweet iced tea mix with red shiso, traditionally used to add colour in Japanese cuisine, mildy aniseed scented Thai basil, and sencha for earthy notes. Dilute approximately 1:5 with sparkling water
