A rich, smoky-sweet molasses made from our sweet sorghum cane, which we juice and slow cook to a dark caramelised syrup.

Ingredients: 100% pure sorghum juice

Storage: store in a cool, dry place. refrigerate after opening

How to use: Use in baking, marinades, glazes or as a natural sweetener in beverages and sauces.

Refunds

We offer a full refund up to 7 days before the event, and a 50% refund for cancellations made 3–6 days prior. No refunds are available within 72 hours of the event or for no-shows. Tickets are transferable at any time — simply share the new guest’s name with us.

We have a light, curated drinks list which includes wines, beers, and farm-made non-alcoholic drinks available for sale.
